How do I cancel my subscription?

If you need to cancel your subscription to Shortspilot.ai, please follow the steps below:

Access Your Account Settings

• Navigate to https://www.shortspilot.ai/settings.

Manage Your Account

• Click on the Manage Account button.

Enable Pop-ups (If Necessary)

• If no new window opens after clicking Manage Account, please check your browser settings to ensure that pop-ups are enabled.

Open the Stripe Customer Portal

• A new window will open directing you to the Stripe customer portal.

Cancel Your Subscription

• In the Stripe portal, select Cancel Subscription.

Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, depending on whether you're on a monthly or yearly plan.
